Get to Know Me
Hi, I’m Stefanie, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, educator, and lifelong advocate for women and girls. I’ve spent my career caring for women through every phase of life: the first questions of adolescence, the power and vulnerability of pregnancy and birth, and the ongoing work of understanding our bodies in a world that rarely gives us clear or honest information.
As a clinician and a mom, I’ve seen firsthand how many women feel overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure where to turn for guidance they can trust. Too often, the conversations we need: about puberty, contraception, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and sexual wellness are filtered, sugar-coated, or rushed. Women deserve better.
That’s why I created this online space.
This is where I bring my real-world experience, my no-nonsense teaching style, and my passion for empowering women into a place where you can learn without judgment and ask questions without embarrassment. Through education, consultation, and straight-talk resources, my mission is simple: to help women understand their bodies, make informed decisions, and feel confident in every season of life.
